Qigong is an ancient movement meditation that helps to remove blockages that cause distress, pain and illness.  It quiets the mind, calms the emotions and restores balance.  It is very easy to learn and practice.  Classes are from 12-1:15 pm and taught by Dawn Song, who is certified in two forms of qigong, and has over 40 years experience in the fields of health and education.  Walk-ins are welcome.  The tuition is $10 per class and the first class is free.
